Return & Refund Policy

At Bag House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please read the guidelines carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and bills are intact.
  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, usage, or shipment limitations. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide pictures or videos of the product (if defective or damaged).
  3. Our team will verify the request and approve the return if eligible.
  4. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the assigned courier partner.
  5. You will receive updates once the package is picked up, inspected, and approved.

Return Pickup

We may provide a pickup service depending on your location. In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse. In such cases, we may reimburse reasonable courier charges (only for approved cases).

Inspection & Approval

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Approval will be granted only if the product meets all return conditions. If the item fails inspection, it will be sent back to you.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used at checkout:

  • Online Payments (Card/UPI/Wallet): Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Store Credit: Refund amount will be added to your Bag House wallet for future purchases.

Note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products in case you wish to replace the item with another size, color, or model. Exchange is subject to stock availability at the time of request.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed, but you may request a return after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the condition.
  • Do not use the product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for priority resolution.
